Custom fonts for Instagram bios and captions

Instagram’s bio field is plain text. It will not load a TTF you purchased. It will show Unicode characters. That is why copy-paste font sites work, and why they also break screen readers.

A keyboard is faster than bouncing through a website. BubbleText types the style in place. Keep a plain-text version of your name for accessibility.

Updated 14 September 2026: 24 Unicode styles, not installed fonts. Instagram bios usually accept them. VoiceOver can be worse — that is why the plain-text name still matters.
