The idea

Making games is getting radically cheaper, especially with AI, but distributing them still works as if games were rare, expensive software. PLAY treats a game the way YouTube treats a video: make it, publish it, and players start it instantly from a link or a feed. Players never need to know how a game was made.

PLAY is a place to play hundreds of free browser games instantly, a place to publish any web game with almost no setup, and a place to make or remix a game by chatting with an AI.

PLAY is not an app store, a launcher, a site for installs, a single proprietary engine, or a closed catalog that only accepts hand-picked studios.

Real payments, tips, and creator earnings are not in consumer use yet. Comments and player-made collections are not built. You can invite friends to a lobby. There is no separate iPhone or Android app: add PLAY to your Home Screen instead.
