Why tabs
Most map apps close what you were looking at when you search again. Map Tabs keeps a trip, a list, and “right now” in separate tabs. Directions draw on the same tab.
We use Apple MapKit for the map. Ratings, when you ask for them, come from Google. We do not claim iCloud sync — that is not shipped.
Share links will live at /maptabs/s/ after the app is on the store.
Privacy
No account. Location is used for the map and directions. Ratings requests go to Google only when you open a place card. We do not sell your data.
