Privacy Policy

This policy covers apps and sites operated by Pinewood Creations LLC (“Smorgi Apps”, “we”). Contact: hello@smorgiapps.com.

1. Information we collect

It depends on the app. We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising SDKs for behavioral ads.

Beautiful BubbleText Keyboard

Typed text stays on your device. Autocorrect is on-device. Full Access is used to sync theme and font purchases through Apple, not to upload keystrokes. App Privacy: purchase history only.

mindfulAI Keyboard and AlterEgo - AI Keyboard

There is no account. The keyboard does not log keystrokes. When you tap Rewrite or a persona, that selected text is sent over HTTPS to our API Gateway proxy so a model can return a rewrite. A random device identifier is used for rate limits. History stays on the device. We do not use rewrite text to train public models.

Smorgi Challenge

Sign in with Apple, friend relationships, game sessions, and In-App Purchases. We use this to run multiplayer games and restore purchases. We do not sell it.

No Time to Speed

Location and speed are processed on your device to show cameras and fire alerts. Apple’s App Privacy label for the live app is Data Not Collected. Diagnostics leave the device only if you tap Send Diagnostics or email us.

Map Tabs

No account. Location is used for the map and directions. Place IDs and your labels are stored on device. Google ratings load only when you open a place card. We do not upload your saved lists.

Artiglio

Device-based auth. If you connect Gmail or Outlook, we process those messages to draft and brief under your OAuth grant. Calendar, reminders, and contacts are used when you enable them. Health and location stay on device except where a briefing needs them. Keyboard history stays on device unless you send it to Dispatch. You can delete your account in Settings or by email.

ADHD Cleaning & Tasks: Tymebox

Sessions and photos stay on device. Optional presence, friend codes, and reactions use a small server. You can delete that account.

Three Wooden Coins

The night app can store a device night identifier and NFC tag identifiers for the session. An account is optional (Sign in with Apple). Kids browser worlds (The Cove, The Meadow) do not create accounts. Grown-ups hold the physical coins. Those worlds are meant for families; we do not ask children for contact information.

Quotags

Version 2.0 is live. We collect an email only if you create an account. Guest Quotebook stays on the device. Quotes you post to a public feed are visible to other users.

This website

We use Google Analytics (G-367QSV53CX). Waitlist forms go to Formspree. Server logs may include IP addresses.

2. How we use information

To provide the app you opened, restore purchases, prevent abuse, and answer support email. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

Apple for Sign in and In-App Purchases. Our hosting (AWS) and, for AI keyboards, the model provider behind our proxy. Artiglio may use Anthropic and Brave Search when those features are on. We share when the law requires it.

4. Retention and rights

On-device data is yours to delete by deleting the app. Server accounts can be deleted by emailing us from the address on the account. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days. You can ask what we hold about you at the same address.

5. Children

Most Smorgi Apps products are for general audiences, not directed at children under 13. Three Wooden Coins includes family browser worlds that do not collect child contact info. Parents should keep the physical NFC coins.

6. Changes

We will update this page when an app’s data practices change. The date at the top is the latest revision.
