1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account Information: Email address when you sign up for waitlists, newsletters, or create an account.
• Purchase Information: Subscription and purchase data processed through Apple's App Store. We do not directly collect payment card information.
• Support Communications: Messages you send to us via email or in-app support.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Anonymous analytics about how you use our apps, including features used and session duration.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version and app version for compatibility and debugging purposes.
• Location Data (No Time to Speed only): GPS data is processed locally on your device for speed tracking. We do not transmit or store your location data on our servers.
• Challenge Data (Smorgi Challenge): To enable the social alarm game features, we store your user ID, friend connections, game session data, challenge completion records, coin balance, power-up usage, and alarm interaction data. This data is necessary to facilitate multiplayer gameplay and maintain your game state.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Keyboard Input: BubbleText, MindfulAI and AlterEgo keyboards do NOT transmit or store what you type. All text processing occurs locally on your device.
• Challenge Data: Smorgi Challenge stores your task completions, streaks and challenge preferences to provide the service. This data is associated with your account.

2. Alarm Notifications & Do Not Disturb

Smorgi Challenge uses critical alarm notifications that may break through Do Not Disturb, Silent Mode, and Focus modes. This is by design and essential to the gameplay:

• Purpose: Alarms deliver challenge notifications that require immediate attention as part of the game mechanics.
• User Control: You can adjust alarm intensity in app settings, but disabling critical alerts will prevent you from receiving challenges and may impact gameplay.
• System Integration: We use iOS Critical Alerts API which requires explicit user permission to bypass Do Not Disturb.
• Scheduling: You control when game sessions occur. Alarms only trigger during active game sessions you initiate.
• Consent: By using Smorgi Challenge and enabling critical alerts, you consent to receiving alarm notifications that may break through Do Not Disturb settings.

Important: Other apps (BubbleText, MindfulAI, No Time to Speed, AlterEgo) do NOT use critical alerts or break through Do Not Disturb.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain and improve our Services
• To send you updates about product launches and features you've opted into
• To respond to your support requests
• To analyze anonymous usage patterns and improve our apps
