These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the applications and services provided by Pinewood Creations LLC ("Smorgiapps," "we," "us," or "our"), including Smorgi, BubbleText, MindfulAI Keyboard, No Time to Speed, CharacterAI Keyboard, Artiglio, and smorgiapps.com (collectively, the "Services"). 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. Some features may have additional age requirements.

3. Account Registration

Some features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

5. Smorgi Challenge — Alarm & Gameplay Terms

By using Smorgi Challenge, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

Critical Alerts & Do Not Disturb

• Smorgi Challenge uses iOS Critical Alerts to deliver challenge notifications that may break through Do Not Disturb, Silent Mode, and Focus modes.
• You must explicitly grant permission for Critical Alerts during onboarding. You can revoke this permission in iOS Settings at any time.
• By enabling Critical Alerts, you consent to receiving alarm notifications that may interrupt Do Not Disturb settings.
• You control when game sessions occur. Alarms only trigger during active game sessions that you or your friends initiate.

Physical Activity Disclaimer

• Some challenges may require physical activity (jumping jacks, step counting, shaking your device).
• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically able to complete challenges safely.
• We are not liable for any injury, property damage, or accidents that occur while attempting physical challenges.
• Use common sense and only attempt challenges in safe environments.

Social Gameplay

• Smorgi Challenge is a social multiplayer game. You play with friends who you invite to sessions.
• You are responsible for your interactions with other players. We are not liable for disputes between players.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abusive behavior, harassment, or cheating.

In-App Purchases

• Coin packs are one-time purchases processed through Apple's App Store.
• Coins have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable per Apple's policy.
• Coin pricing: 60 Coins ($0.99), 200 Coins ($2.99), 500 Coins ($4.99).

Subscription Terms (Smorgi Premium)

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings at any time after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
• Subscription pricing: Weekly $1.99/week, Monthly $4.99/month, Yearly $29.99/year.

6. Artiglio — AI Assistant Terms

The following terms apply specifically to Artiglio:

Subscriptions

Artiglio Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store:

• Weekly: $14.99/week with 3-day free trial
• Monthly: $29.99/month
• Yearly: $119.99/year
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

AI Output Disclaimer

Artiglio uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, suggestions, and content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation
• We do not guarantee the reliability, accuracy, or usefulness of any AI-generated output
• You should not rely on Artiglio for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice
• We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content

Health Nudges Disclaimer

Artiglio may provide wellness suggestions and health-related reminders based on your HealthKit data (if granted permission). You acknowledge that:

• Health nudges are informational only and not medical advice
• Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns
• We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from following or ignoring wellness suggestions

SMS Terms & Conditions

If you use Artiglio's SMS messaging features:

• Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding text messaging
• To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message or disable SMS features in the app
• For help with SMS features, reply HELP to any message or contact hello@smorgiapps.com
• We are not responsible for undelivered messages or carrier delays

Keyboard Full Access

The Artiglio Keyboard requires "Full Access" to be enabled in iOS Settings. This permission is necessary for:

• Accessing on-device AI personalization features
• Syncing keyboard data across devices (if cloud sync is enabled)
• Network access for AI-powered suggestions (if enabled)

Without Full Access, the keyboard will operate in limited mode with basic functionality only.

AlarmKit Notifications

Artiglio uses AlarmKit to schedule and deliver reminder notifications. You acknowledge that:

• AlarmKit notifications are standard iOS notifications, NOT critical alerts
• Notifications will respect your Do Not Disturb and Focus mode settings
• Unlike Smorgi Challenge, Artiglio notifications will NOT break through Silent Mode
• You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings → Notifications → Artiglio

7. Keyboard Apps — Data Processing

BubbleText, MindfulAI, and AlterEgo: These keyboards process all text locally on your device. We do not have access to, transmit, or store any text you type using these keyboards.

Artiglio Keyboard: Stores typing history on-device for personalization. Optional cloud sync is available with explicit opt-in. When cloud sync is enabled, keyboard personalization data is securely stored on our servers and synced across your devices. You can disable cloud sync at any time in Settings.

MindfulAI and CharacterAI: May send anonymized prompts to AI services to generate suggestions — no personal identifying information is included.

8. No Time to Speed — Driving Disclaimer

No Time to Speed is a supplementary tool and should not be your sole means of monitoring speed. Always obey posted speed limits and traffic laws. We are not liable for any traffic violations, accidents, or damages that occur while using the app. Do not interact with the app while driving.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Pinewood Creations LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated means to access our Services without permission
• Resell or redistribute our Services

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMORGIAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Services at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
