Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Pinewood Creations LLC (“Smorgi Apps”). Using smorgiapps.com or our iOS apps means you agree.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a contract in your region. If an app has an age rating, you must meet it. Three Wooden Coins party nights are 12+. Kids browser worlds should be used with a grown-up.

2. Accounts

Some apps use Sign in with Apple or email. You are responsible for that account. You can delete it from the app or by emailing hello@smorgiapps.com.

3. Purchases

Paid features are Apple In-App Purchases unless we say otherwise. Apple bills you. Refunds are handled by Apple. Physical Three Wooden Coins packs are sold separately from the free app.

4. Smorgi Challenge

Challenges can include physical tasks. Do not play while driving. Do not do anything unsafe. You are responsible for how you play with friends. Alarms and Critical Alerts can interrupt Focus modes if you enable them.

5. Artiglio

Artiglio can draft messages and summarize connected accounts. You are responsible for what you send. Version 1 does not send SMS. AI output can be wrong. Check it before it goes out.

6. Keyboard apps

BubbleText does not send typed text. mindfulAI and AlterEgo send only the text you submit for a rewrite. Do not submit secrets you would not paste into a web form. Full Access is disclosed in iOS Settings.

7. No Time to Speed

The app is a driver aid. Camera locations, posted limits, and ticket rules can change. We are not a radar detector for every jurisdiction, and we are not legal advice. Watch the road.

8. Map Tabs

Maps and ratings come from Apple and, when you open a card, Google. Those providers’ terms also apply to their data.

9. Quotags

You must have the right to post a quote. Do not post others’ private messages without permission. We can remove content that breaks the law or these terms.

10. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the APIs, scrape the site in a way that harms others, or use the apps to harass people.

11. Intellectual property

The apps, site, and marks are ours or our licensors’. You keep what you create in the apps, subject to the license needed to show it to other players or readers.

12. Disclaimer and liability

The apps are provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months, to the extent the law allows.

13. Governing law

California law, without regard to conflict rules. Courts in California, unless a consumer protection law in your region says otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
