Touch and hold text, drag the handles, tap Copy. Paste with a tap in another field. Universal Clipboard works when you are signed into the same Apple Account on nearby devices.

Unicode styles from a keyboard (bubble text, bold math letters) paste as characters, not as a font file. That is why they show up in Instagram and Messages. BubbleText inserts those characters directly.
