Terms of Service — Quotags

These terms are between you and Pinewood Creations LLC (“Smorgi Apps”). Using Quotags means you agree.
Studio terms at smorgiapps.com/terms also apply. For Quotags-specific rules, this page controls.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your region, if higher) and able to enter a contract. Quotags is a social, user-generated-content app. It is not in the Kids category.
2. Accounts
Public posting, following, and purchases require an email/password account. You are responsible for that account. Keep your password to yourself.
Guest use is limited to a private Quotebook stored on your device.
You may delete your account in Settings or by emailing support@smorgiapps.com.
3. User content
You retain rights to content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate Quotags.
You must have the right to post a quote, photo, or caption. Do not post other people’s private messages without permission. Do not post illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually exploitative, or infringing content.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law. Report and Block are available on quote detail.
4. Purchases
Digital credits, Quotags Plus, and design packs are Apple In-App Purchases. Apple bills you. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Quotags Plus auto-renews until cancelled. Plus grants bonus credits each period and unlocks design packs while subscribed. AI photo styling still spends credits.
Physical goods (postcards, merch) may be fulfilled by third parties. Those orders can include shipping details you provide. Do not place orders you do not intend to complete.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, spam, impersonate, reverse-engineer in violation of law, or interfere with other users. Do not use Quotags to abuse people.
6. Intellectual property
The app, marks, and house-seeded collections are ours or our licensors’. You keep what you create, subject to the license in §3.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Quotags in the last twelve months, except where the law says otherwise.
8. Governing law
California law, without regard to conflict rules. Courts in California, unless a consumer-protection law in your region requires otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
