QRowd
Identity for real-world codes
A platform API that turns a scan into a stable identity: what the code is, where it was seen, who was first, and whether it is safe to open.
Invite-only at launch. Waitlist open.
What it does
Payload × place
Every scan resolves to a stable payload ID and a cell. Apps keep their own overlays.
Primary and secondary
First-seen status is decided on the server, not by a client clock.
Classify and discard
Payment codes, boarding passes, and other sensitive payloads are classified, then the raw data is dropped.
Same door for every client
sQRawl is the first app on the API. It is not a privileged insider.

Protocol, not a game
QRowd stores the facts every scan-based app needs: what the code is, where it was seen, who was first, and whether it is safe to open. Game rules, message walls, and collectibles live in the apps that call it.
Launch is invite-only, with a waitlist. Every call is metered from day one. Billing can switch on later; the meter cannot be retrofitted.
sQRawl is the first app on this API. It uses the same door as every other client.
Privacy
QRowd stores hashes, cells, scan metadata, and safety verdicts. Raw code data is kept only for benign classes. Sensitive classes are classified and discarded. API keys are attributed per call.
