Do I need location to post?

Location is required to post on most Wawls. That is how a wall stays tied to the place you stood.

What if I deny location?

You can still browse. You will not be able to post on Wawls that require presence.

My scan session expired. What do I do?

Scan the code again. Presence is about 30 minutes and about 200 m. If that window closed, a new scan starts it.

Why isn’t my photo or video public?

Photos and video stay hidden until a human reviews them. The target is 24 hours. Text can go up while you are still there.

How do I delete my account?

Open the You tab in the iPhone app or on sqrawls.com, or email support@sqrawls.com with subject “sQRawl Account Deletion”.

Do I have to buy Keys?

No. Keys are optional and hidden at first. You get one free chest take on a Wawl while you are there. Extra rolls use Keys you earn by exploring. The buy row only appears after real use (12 distinct Wawls or 14 active days).

How do I restore or sync purchases?

On iOS, use Sync purchases. Apple bills Keys. We never see the full card number. The web cannot buy Keys. Refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can I buy Keys on the web?

No. sqrawls.com can browse and collect. It does not sell Keys. Belgium is not offered In-App Purchase.

The sQRawl iPhone app is coming to the App Store. There is no download badge here until a live itunes.apple.com/app/idXXXXXXXX URL exists. You can browse on the web at sqrawls.com.
