Artiglio Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Pinewood Creations LLC (“Smorgi Apps”) for Artiglio. Using the app means you agree. This page is not the No Time to Speed terms at /terms/. Questions: hello@smorgiapps.com.
License
Artiglio is licensed, not sold, through the Apple App Store on iPhone devices you own or control. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Not advice
Artiglio is software. It is not legal, medical, or professional advice. It is not a medical device. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for what you send.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the API. Do not try to extract other users’ data. Do not use Artiglio to harass people or break the law.
SMS
SMS is not offered in version 1. You cannot text Artiglio in this release.
Subscriptions
Artiglio Pro is an auto-renewable Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel it for you. Refunds are handled by Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Pro includes 500 cloud queries a day, email, health, reminders, meeting prep, and evening recaps. Actual storefront price may vary.
The weekly 3-day trial is unused and forfeited if you buy another plan, per Apple rules.
Account
There is no password login. The app registers the device. Delete the account in Settings → Delete Account, or email hello@smorgiapps.com with the subject Artiglio Account Deletion. We purge within 30 days.
Warranty and liability
Artiglio is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Pinewood Creations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for harm caused by wrong AI output or a message you chose to send. Our total liability for Artiglio is limited to the amount you paid us for Artiglio in the last twelve months.
Governing law
California law, excluding conflicts. Venue: San Francisco County, unless Apple’s EULA requires otherwise for App Store customers.
