App Store and in-app policy

This is the privacy policy linked from No Time to Speed (Settings and the paywall) and from App Store Connect. Other Smorgi Apps products keep their own policies — skip to Other Smorgi Apps.

Who we are

What we collect

Precise location

Precise location is processed on the device for:

which San Francisco block you are on and which side’s parking rules apply,
distance to public speed cameras and your GPS speed vs the posted limit,
optional Always-location background alerts while driving.

We do not upload a location history to Smorgi Apps.

Purchases

Apple StoreKit tells the app whether Premium is active (weekly / monthly / yearly / lifetime). We do not receive your card number. Product IDs: ntts_premium_weekly, ntts_premium_monthly, ntts_premium_yearly, ntts_premium_lifetime.

Crash / diagnostic breadcrumbs

Crash / diagnostic breadcrumbs and on-device funnel counters (first launch, location/notification permission, first alert, paywall shown or converted, day-1 / day-7 return) are stored locally in the app / App Group group.com.smorgiapps.notimetospeed. They leave the device only if you tap Send Diagnostics or Send Feedback, which opens an email to support@smorgiapps.com that you choose to send.

What we do not collect

No account, no email signup inside the app, no advertising identifier, no third-party analytics SDK, no sale of personal data, no tracking across other companies’ apps or websites, no children-directed data. we do not track you.

Network requests the app makes (not “uploading you”)

Download of public parking/camera data from GitHub Pages: https://smorgiapps.github.io/ntts-parking-data/ (risk grid, sweeping, meters, manifest). That is open data, not your profile. It is not a user-data server we run.
Optional live queries to San Francisco’s public SODA API at https://data.sf.gov (SFMTA Parking Citations & Fines, dataset ab4h-6ztd) for recent tickets on nearby street names. Those requests are not tied to your Apple ID. We do not send your name. The old host data.sfgov.org is deprecated.

Why

App Functionality only (show a parking verdict, warn near cameras, unlock Premium). Not advertising.

Sharing

Apple (StoreKit, iCloud-free purchase restore). Public agencies (DataSF) see anonymous API hits. Email provider if you send support mail. No other sale or share.

Retention

On-device until you delete the app. Emails you send to support: kept only as long as needed to reply, then deleted on request.

Your rights

Access/delete via deleting the app + emailing support@smorgiapps.com. California CCPA: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. We do not honor a “Do Not Sell” toggle because we do not sell.

Children

Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Location permission

When In Use is enough for a Park verdict and foreground alerts. Always is optional and only for background camera alerts. Motion permission is optional, to reduce false “you are driving” alerts.

International

Processed on your device in the United States. Support email is read by Smorgi Apps in the United States.

This website

The No Time to Speed pages on this site — /ntts, this policy, /terms, and /support — do not include ads, trackers, Facebook pixels, Google Analytics, or a cookie-consent banner. We prefer zero analytics on these pages. Other studio catalog and blog pages on smorgiapps.com may still load Google Analytics (G-367QSV53CX) as noted under Other Smorgi Apps. The No Time to Speed iOS app does not include that SDK.

Changes

We will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Material changes that affect App Store nutrition labels will also be updated in App Store Connect.

Beautiful BubbleText Keyboard

Typed text stays on your device. Style conversion and autocorrect run on the iPhone. We do not operate a keystroke log.

Full Access is optional for basic typing and free autocorrect. It is used so the keyboard can read settings you chose in the BubbleText app (themes, font packs, custom keyboard backgrounds, Quick Phrases) through Apple’s App Group. Photo backgrounds stay on the device.

Purchases are Apple In-App Purchases (Pro subscription; Color Pack, Font Pack, and Color+Font Bundle lifetime unlocks). Apple processes payment. We store entitlement flags so the keyboard can unlock what you bought. We do not receive your card number.

mindfulAI Keyboard and AlterEgo - AI Keyboard

There is no account. The keyboard does not log or upload keystrokes as you type. When you tap an AI action, that selected text is sent over HTTPS to our proxy and a model provider. AlterEgo: /apps/alterego/privacy/. mindfulAI: /apps/mindfulai/privacy/.

sQRawl

Last updated 15 September 2026. The controlling privacy policy is sqrawls.com/privacy. If this subsection and that policy conflict, the sqrawls.com policy wins.

sQRawl is a networked UGC app with precise location. It is not on-device-only.

Precise Location (linked): used only while you scan or post. We store H3 resolution-9 cells, not a GPS trail.
User Content (linked): public posts, including text and media that has passed review.
Device ID (linked): a UUID for the install.
Email (linked): only if you create an account (Amazon Cognito).
Purchase History (linked, not tracking): iOS Key buys through Apple. We never see the full card number.
Crash / Performance (not linked): Sentry.
