License
Personal, non-exclusive, iOS App Store license via Apple. The app is licensed, not sold.
Informational only
Not legal advice. Not a defense to a citation. Posted signs, SFMTA, and CHP win. Camera locations and parking rules come from public datasets and can be wrong, stale, or incomplete.
Drive safely
You are responsible for driving safely and not staring at the phone. Do not use the phone illegally while driving.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Prices:

Actual storefront price may vary. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Cancel in Apple ID settings. Unused trial (if any) is forfeited on purchase where Apple’s rules say so.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time Non-Consumable unlock of the then-current Premium feature set; we may add paid features later.
No warranty
No warranty. Limitation of liability to the amount paid in the last 12 months, to the extent allowed.
Governing law
Governing law: California, excluding conflicts. Venue: San Francisco County, unless Apple’s EULA requires otherwise for App Store customers.

These additional terms still apply to other Smorgi Apps products on smorgiapps.com. They are between you and Pinewood Creations LLC (“Smorgi Apps”) unless a product page says otherwise.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter a contract in your region. If an app has an age rating, you must meet it. Some apps use Sign in with Apple or email. You can delete that account from the app or by emailing hello@smorgiapps.com.
Purchases
Paid features are Apple In-App Purchases unless we say otherwise. Apple bills you. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Tymebox
Tymebox is a productivity timer. It is not medical care. Optional Tymebox Plus: monthly, yearly (3-day trial for new subscribers), and lifetime. US reference: $6.99/month, $44.99/year, $149.99 lifetime. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Smorgi Challenge
Do not play while driving. Coins have no cash value. Product terms: /smorgichallenge/terms/.
Artiglio
You are responsible for what you send. AI output can be wrong. SMS is off in version 1. Product terms: /artiglio/terms/.
PredictTok
PredictTok is informational only. It is not a sportsbook, DFS, or a prediction-market exchange. You must be 18 or older (21+ where required). Signals are not betting advice. Keyboard apps
BubbleText does not send typed text. It is a style keyboard (Unicode looks), not an AI rewriter. Optional paid features are Apple In-App Purchases: Color Pack Lifetime, Font Pack Lifetime, Color+Font Bundle, and BubbleText Pro (weekly / monthly / yearly, auto-renew, 3-day trial on yearly when Apple says you are eligible). US reference prices: $7.99 Color Pack, $7.99 Font Pack, $9.99 Bundle, $1.99 / $3.99 / $29.99 Pro. Actual price is what the App Store shows. Cancel Pro in Apple ID → Subscriptions. Lifetime packs unlock the then-current pack features; Pro-only features (Style Mixer, photo/gradient keys, text art, Quick Phrases) stay on the subscription unless we later sell them another way. Map Tabs

sQRawl

Acceptable use and IP
Do not abuse the APIs, scrape the site in a way that harms others, or use the apps to harass people. The apps, site, and marks are ours or our licensors’.
Studio disclaimer
Other studio apps are provided as is. Liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months, to the extent the law allows. California law, without regard to conflict rules, unless a consumer protection law in your region says otherwise.
