BubbleText Keyboard, mindfulAI Keyboard, characterAI Keyboard, and Quotags (collectively referred to as the “Apps,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information across all of our applications.

• We do not collect or store your keystrokes, typed content, personal messages, or location. Location is only used in moment by moment interactions with our app (No Time to Speed), and never stored or transmitted off device..
• We do not track your typing activity across apps or websites.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

• App Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics (such as app opens, feature usage, or crashes) to improve performance and stability.
• Voluntary Feedback: If you contact us for support or feedback, we may receive your email address and the content of your message.

No personally identifiable data is collected without your consent.

Some of our Apps (such as BubbleText Keyboard, mindfulAI Keyboard, and characterAI Keyboard) provide AI-powered features, including text tone adjustments, rewrites, and character-based replies. To provide these features:

• The text you explicitly choose to process is sent to the OpenAI API.
• We do not store or retain this input text.
• We do not log, track, or associate input text with individual users.
• Processing occurs in real time, and results are returned directly to your device.

This ensures your private messages remain private.

Any limited data we collect (see Section 2) is used only to:

• Improve app functionality, stability, and user experience.
• Provide customer support.
• Monitor and analyze usage trends in aggregate form only.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising or tracking.

We do not retain user input text or personal data processed by the Apps.
Any voluntarily submitted support requests are stored only as long as necessary to resolve your issue.

The Apps may use the following services:

• OpenAI API – Processes user text for AI features.
• Apple App Store & TestFlight – Distributes the Apps and may provide anonymized analytics.
• Analytics/Crash Reporting Tools (if enabled) – May collect non-personal crash data to improve stability.

These third parties have their own privacy practices which govern their services.

We implement reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no internet-based service is 100% secure.

The Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the Apps or on our website, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.
